The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Riviera shpk, EHW shpk, Energji Project shpk and Atlantik sh.a.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Gjoni, Blishta, Klosi, Domi, Luçi, Shoshaj, Zenishti and Burreli on the river Mat, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
