Construction of hydropower plants Gjuraj, Kashec, Ragam and Lepurushe

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Lita Construction shpk, Alb Shpresa shpk, Kupa shpk and Xhast shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Gjuraj, Kashec, Ragam and Lepurushë river Kir and its tributaries Gjura, Dezdarenj, Plan, Mgullë, Shkodra district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
