Construction of hydropower plants Ibale 1, 2 and Sapac 1, 2, Berisha and the Lake

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Inter Alb Distribution shpk (IAD), Genklaudis sha, Hidrowind Albania shpk, Osmani shpk and Spartaku shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Iballë 1, 2 and Sapaç 1, 2, Berisha and Lake in the course of the Berisha river basin with its two main tributaries, brook of Iballa and Sapaç, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
