Construction of hydropower plants "Selca Huts"

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Xhengo shpk and Larti shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants "Selca Huts" on the Selca River. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
