The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Arilta - B shpk and Aurora Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants on the river Zalli i Tarit, Mirdita district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
