The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Polistamp System srl, Energia & Territorio srl and Advisor C. Energy shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Veleshica 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Slove and Bjeshkë in the course of the river Veleshica, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
Mecamidi - 100% of the sharesAccording to the Founding Act, the partners of the company are Advaisor C. Energy (with a capital of 60% of the shares), Polistamp System srl (with a capital of 20% of the shares) and Energia & Territoria srl (with a capital of 20% of the shares).
