Construction of hydropower plants Zaje, Tujan, Xhaferaj, Kollovoz, Novoseja and Meshteka

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Reka shpk, AlbaKonstruksion shpk and Xhoino shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Zaje, Tujan, Xhaferaj, Kollovoz, Novoseja and Mshteka in the streams of Shishtevec and Reka, Topojan, Kukes district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
