The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Gloris Construction shpk and Gjoka Construction shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Zall Xhuxhe 1 and Zall Xhuxhe 2 in the middle reaches of the river Fan i Madh using the waters of the karst springs of Munella and Zall Xhuxhe . At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
Gloris Construction - 100% of the sharesIn the Founding Act of the company were Gjoka Konstruksion sh.a. (with 10% of the share capital) and Gloris Construction shpk (with 90% of the share capital).
