Construction of hydropower plants in the Malind water basin

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Kotorri - SL shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants HEC no. 1, 2, 3 in the Malind brook. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
