Construction of hydropower plants in the Osum River cascade

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Constructora Quebec Ltd, Orteng Equipamentos of System LTDA, Gensoumi Ltd and Pëllumb Çela shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants on the Osum River. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
