Construction of hydropower plants of Shmil and Zall i Gjurait

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Caraglio srl and Hertis shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants in the catchment area of Shmil and Zall i Gjurait, Librazhd district. The number of hydropower plants to be built is no more than 9. This energy complex should not directly or indirectly affect the water used by the Orenjë hydropower plant, which is already under construction. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
