Construction of hydropower plants of the Hotolisht cascade

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the companies Electral shpk and Albavia shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants of the Hotolisht cascade in the catchment area of the Hotolisht stream, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
