Construction of hydropower plants on Kardhiq river

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies AlbaEnergia Plus, Impuls 95 sh.a, Pacific Petroleum Albania shpk and Art Construction shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Kaparjel, Zhulat, Kardhiq, Rehovë, Lapidar and Cepuna on the river Kardhiq, Gjirokastra district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
