Construction of hydropower plants on the Seta river

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Eurocostruzioni spa, Alb - Building shpk and Lake VII sh.a.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Seta 2-1, Seta 2-2, Seta 3 and Seta 4 on the river Seta, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
