Construction of hydropower plants on the Zalli i Lunikut stream

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Euroconstruzioni spa, Elettroindustriale srl, GSS shpk and SILCO shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Kostenjë, Kostenjë 2, Gjuraj and Neshta in the stream Zalli i Lunikut, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
