Construction of hydropower plants on the Zheja Stream

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Piroli shpk and Demal shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Zheja 1 and Zheja 2 in the catchment area of the stream Zheja, Lezha. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
