Construction of hydropower plants on the river Shkumbin, Qukës

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Hertis shpk and Caraglio srl.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 along the Shkumbin River, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
