The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company MGB shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Dobrenje - Tomorrica in the catchment area of the stream of Gurra and Shadow to the discharge of the river Tomorrica, Skrapar district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
