Construction of the Nice hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Devy shpk and Zyfi shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants on the river Velçan, Korça district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
