Construction of the Ostren i Vogël hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Lu & Co Energy shpk and Lura shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Ostren i Vogël hydropower plant in the course of the Tucep stream, above the spring waters of Ostren i Vogel, Bulqiza district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
