Construction of the Plepi hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Neron TEC shpk and Korabi 2007 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Plepi hydropower plant in the catchment area of the Plepi stream, Okshum commune, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
