Construction, improvement, operation and maintenance of the Milot - Morina highway

 
The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the companies Catalyst Viva das Genearl Contracting LLC, Salillari shpk, BEE Tech, Violiap Ateve and Kastrati sha. Object of the concession agreement: construction, improvement, operation and maintenance of the Milot - Morina highway. The contract is in BOT form. This concession will also include the concessionaire's right to collect the road tax.

On 16.08.2017 the Insurance Agreement on the quotas of the company Albanian Highway Concession shpk was signed between the National Commercial Bank (in the role of the encumber) and the companies Kastrati sha, Salillari sha and Albanian Highway Concession shpk (in the role of the bearers). The security lien is placed on the collateral.
On 22.03.2017 the partners Bee Tech and Violiap A.T.E.V.E. the capital of the partner Salillari shpk has been increased from 40% to 50% of the quotas and of Kastrati Group from 40% to 50% of the quotas.
On 03.01.2017 he left the company Albanian Highëay Concession shpk the partner Catalyst Viva Das General Constructing LLC selling 10% of the shares to the partner Salillari shpk and 30% of the shares to Kastrati sha. the capital of the partner Salillari shpk has been increased from 30% to 40% of the quotas and of Kastrati Group from 10% to 40% of the quotas.
