The security lien is placed on the collateral.On 22.03.2017 the partners Bee Tech and Violiap A.T.E.V.E. the capital of the partner Salillari shpk has been increased from 40% to 50% of the quotas and of Kastrati Group from 40% to 50% of the quotas.On 03.01.2017 he left the company Albanian Highëay Concession shpk the partner Catalyst Viva Das General Constructing LLC selling 10% of the shares to the partner Salillari shpk and 30% of the shares to Kastrati sha. the capital of the partner Salillari shpk has been increased from 30% to 40% of the quotas and of Kastrati Group from 10% to 40% of the quotas.
