On 04.12.2019, the partner Iliriada shpk sold to Selim Molla 7% of its shares. the capital of Iliriada shpk has been reduced from 92% to 85% of the quotas.

On 30.01.2018 the partners Hidrowind Albania sh.pk and Shqiponja - M. left Hidrowind Albania sh.pk sold 55% of its shares to the partner Iliriada shpk and Shqiponja - M sold 8% of its shares to the partner Iliriada shpk . Partner Klenis shpk has sold 24% of its shares to partner Iliriada shpk. the capital of the partner Iliriada shpk has been increased from 5% to 92% of the shares. the capital of Klenis shpk has been reduced from 32% to 8% of the quotas.
On 13.05.2013 the partner Hidrowind Albania sh.p.k was added, which owns 55% of the shares. the capital of the partner Shqiponja - M has been reduced from 43% to 8% of the shares and for Klenis shpk from 52% to 32% of the shares. In the Founding Act, the partners of the company are Klenis shpk (with 52% of the capital), Shqiponja - M shpk (with 43% of the capital) and Iliriada shpk (with 5% of the capital).
