The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Roen Company shpk, Shansi Invest shpk, Archimed International shpk, Sigers shpk and Sina 98 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Gomsiqe 1, 2, 3, 4 along the river Gomsiqe, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

Company Description
Temporary merger of companies Roen Company shpk, Shansi Invest shpk, Archimed International shpk, Sigers shpk and Sina 98 shpk. The company was established on 09.10.2009, with a share capital of 3'472'000 ALL. The company was created specifically to implement the concession contract. Its head office is at the address: Rruga e Dibrës, Business Center Observator, Near Selvisë, Floor XII, Tirana. The company was created to implement the concession project.
The company has decided the temporary cessation of activity from dt. 09/19/2018.
According to the agreement of termination by consensus of the contract, the company has decided to be liquidated, but the BCC does not provide information on this issue.

Archimed International shpk - 10% of the shares
