Construction of Holta Kabash and Holta Porocan hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Atlas sh.a.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Holta Kabash and Holta Poro dhean hydropower plants in Gramsh district.
The right of ownership over state-owned assets belongs to the Contracting Authority throughout the duration of the contract.
The Contracting Authority may monitor the concession facility at any time to verify the progress of the works.
At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
