Construction of Kabash 1 and Kabash 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Adnain shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Kabash 1 and Kabash 2 hydropower plants in Rrape commune, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
