Construction of Kacni hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Kisi shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Kacni hydropower plant in Selishte commune, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority).
