Construction of Kalivac hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and the company Ayen - Alb sha, which was established as a union of Ayen Energji AS and Fusha shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Kalivaç hydropower plant on the Vjosa River, in the district of Gjirokastra. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
