Construction of Klos hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Malido shpk, I - AS shpk and Mirdita Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Klos hydropower plant in the course of the Fan River, in the municipality of Fan, Mirdita district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
