Construction of Lapaj hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Spahiu Gjanç shpk, Fatjon shpk, SGA sh.a and Armemil shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Lapaj hydropower plant in Bushtricë commune, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
