Construction of Lura 1, 2, 3 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Erdat shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Lura 1, Lura 2 and Lura 3 in the municipalities of Lura and Rec, Dibra district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
