Construction of Pobreg hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Frigo Food Energy Invest sh.a., Frigo Food shpk, Agikons shpk and Trans Plus shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Pobreg hydropower plant in the course of the river Luma, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
