Construction of Pocem hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Kovlu Energji shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Poçem hydropower plant downstream of the Vjosa River. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority).

Shareholders

Genti Malko - 5% of the shares.
Ayen Enerji - 20% of the shares.
Chinar - San Harfiyat Nakiyat Insaat Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi - 75% of the shares.
