Construction of Rapun 1 and 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company C & S Construction.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Rapun 1 and Rapun 2 hydropower plants in Librazhd. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
