Construction of Rapun 3, Rapun 3A and Rapun 4 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies C & S Construction shpk, Ferar shpk and Gjikuria shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Rapun 3, Rapun 3A and Rapun 4 hydropower plants on the Rapun River, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
