Construction of Stojan hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company El Er Energy shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Stojan hydropower plant, Unëz commune, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
