Construction of Thane and Mollas hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and Delia Group shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Thane and Mollas hydropower plants in the course of Thana reservoir, Lushnja district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority).
