Construction of Ujanik hydropower plant 2

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Gramozi Ndërtim Projektin shpk and Ujanik 2 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Ujanik 2 hydropower plant in the course of Ujanik streams, Skrapar district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

The object of the company's activity is: construction, operation and transfer of the Hydropower Plant "Ujanik II" to the Contracting Authority, which includes financing, construction, commissioning, production, supply, transmission, distribution, export and sale of electricity. It was established on 08.09.2011. Its capital is 100'000 ALL.

According to the Founding Act, the company was established by Gramozi Ndërtim Projektim shpk and Ujaniku 2 shpk.
