Construction of a cascade of hydropower plants on the river Shale

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Interenergo Albania shpk, Poteza Skupina dd and SGP Pomgrad dd.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Dukagjin 1, 2 and 3 on the river Shala. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
