Construction of hydropower plant on the river Devoll

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies AVN AG, Statkraft AS and Devoll Hydropower sh.a.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the valley of the river Devoll .. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
