Construction of hydropower plants Bishnica 1 and Bishnica 2

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Titan shpk and Osmani shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Bishnica 1 and Bishnica 2 in the municipality of Velçan, Pogradec district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
