The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Hydroalbania shpk, LRL sha, Ferati shpk and Euro - Alba - EA shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Borje, Oreshkë, Cernalevë and Cernalevë 1 in the stream of Borje, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
