Construction of hydropower plants Dobjot i Madh, Arrëz, Miras, Menkulas, Bracen and Kuc

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and Arela shpk, Konstruksion shpk and 2T shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Dobjot i Madh, Arrëz, Miras, Menkulas, Bracen and Kuç along the river Devoll, Devoll district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority).
