The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Ayen Enerji Anonim Sirketi and AS Energy shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Gojan, Gjegjan, Peshqesh, Fanit Bridge, Fangu in the course of the river Fan, Puka district and Mata. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
