The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and Euron shpk, Kadria shpk and Teuta Konstruksion shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Orgjost i Ri, Bele 1, Bele 2, Topojan 1 and Topojan 2 in Zapod commune, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority).
Kadria shpk - 13% of the sharesAlb - Building - owns 30% of the sharesEuron shpk - 57% of the shares.In the founding act of the company, the shares were divided: Euron shpk (71% of the shares), Kadria shpk (17% of the shares) and Teuta Konstruksion shpk (12% of the shares).
On 24.04.2014 the division of the company was decided by creating 2 new companies: Alb - Energy shpk, Euron Energy shpk and Energal shpk.On 05.04.2011 Teuta Konstruksion shpk left and the capital for Alb Building was increased from 20% of the shares to 30% of the shares.On 23.04.2010 the partner Alb - Building was added (owns 20% of the shares), the share of shares owned by Kadria shpk was reduced from 17% to 13% of the shares, the share of shares owned by Euron shpk was reduced from 71% to 57 % of shares, the share of shares owned by Teuta Konstruksion shpk has been reduced from 12% to 10% of shares.
