The concession contract has been concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the Qeramika e Jugut company.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Shtika 1, 2, 3, 4 in the stream of Shtika, district Këlcyrë. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
