Construction of hydropower plants Zalli i Qarishtes

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Gener 2.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Gizavesh hydropower plant on the river Zalli i Qarishtës, Librazhd district. 4 hydropower plants will be built. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
