Construction of hydropower plants along the Sheja e Hotolishti stream

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Vortek shpk, By Best Duty Free shpk and AK shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Lakes, Maja e Madhe, Zanore, Dragostunje, Frari, Hotolisht and Ura in the stream of Sheja e Hotolishtit, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

The company was created specifically to implement the concession contract. Its head office is at the address: Rruga e Elbasanit, Villa no. 71, Tirana. The company was created to implement the concession project.
Shareholders

Vortek - 20% of the shares
Energy Development Group - 80% of the shares
In the Founding Act, Vortek shpk and By Best Duty Free shpk own 50% of the shares each.
