The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Frigo Food shpk, Agikons shpk and Energy Development Group sh.a.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants in the catchment area of the Zall i Bulqiza stream to the city bridge. The water used by HPP Bulqiza 1 and HPP Bulqiza 2, which were given as a concession to the company Essegei srl, should not be directly or indirectly affected. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
