Improving the educational infrastructure in the municipality of Tirana

The contract was signed between the Municipality of Tirana and the entities Agikons shpk, MET Engeneering shpk and Zenit & Co shpk. The contract is of PFNM type (project, financing, construction, maintenance and transfer).
The object of the contract is: design, financing, construction, furnishing, maintenance, supervision and testing of 5 educational facilities (new schools). At the end of the concession period, the schools will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The schools will be built in the Don Bosko neighborhood, inside the university complex of the Agricultural University of Tirana and near the customs roundabout.
